Bo-Kloof - An African Safari Campsites Review in the Baviaanskloof:
Great campsite!
Magnificent surroundings!
The Bo-Kloof Camping site is on a working farm in the Baviaanskloof.
The hosts, Quintis and Anina Bezuidenhout are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
It is a small, well maintained campsite on lovely green lawns with some shady trees.
There are some lovely stone fireplaces where you can braai or just sit around the campfire.
There is an electrical point at the small ablution block and scullery.
Just remember to bring along a long extension cord if you do need electricity.
In my opinion...
...one of the best campsites
in the Baviaanskloof
The ablutions are basic but neat and very clean.
I loved the peace and quiet of this campsite, just the place to relax after sightseeing and driving through the Baviaanskloof.
Although it is nice stopover one should consider staying more than one night as you simply must do the Waterkloof hiking trail.
Have a look at our pictures of the campsite and the Waterkloof Hiking Trail
There is also a 4 X 4 trail for the off road enthusiasts.
