Be careful when traveling on the R74 between Heilbron and Frankfort. The road is in a terrible state with deep potholes covering most of the surface.

Along some sections it is easier driving along the shoulder of the road than on the road itself.

Do not drive along this road after dark as the condition of the road makes it dangerous.
